I just wanted to thank you so very much for your help with my camper. My Grandmother had passed away on December 1, 2009. I had to bring my camper to Oklahoma from our home in TX because of all the other family we had coming in for the funeral. I was able to contact you and arrange a repair to our furnace on our Raptor 361LEV. The weather that night was going to be in the 20s. Your service department stayed late to make the necessary repairs while I was able to go to my Grandmothers visitation. Our heartfelt thanks go out to Robert Evenson and the technician that repaired our camper. You made a difficult situation a lot easier with your kindness and compassion. Thanks again.

I want you to know that your service department is far and away the best I have ever seen. I had a problem with my toilet leaking and allowing sewer smell to escape into the trailer. Chad Eaton took the rig in immediately and had it fixed while I waited. The mechanic also discovered the floor seal leaking as well and fixed it at the same time. I want to personally thank Chad and the technican (sorry, I did not get his name) for fixing my rig so quickly. This is especially important since we full-time in our rig and can't have it laid up for lenghty periods of time. Please pass on my thanks and grateful appreciation to Chad and the technican for fixing my rig so quickly.

Wow, what a way to buy a RV, the deal was done over emails and the price was set in stone. This dealership has no hidden costs the price you work out is the price you pay. The RV was just as advertised on the net, and completely to my satisfaction. We drove 320 mile to trade our RV and would do it again with out a second thought. This is without a doubt the best way to buy a RV! Everyone at Leisure Time RV is very helpful and professional, I wish they were closer to my home, as I would use them for my every RV need. I wanted my fellow MOC'ers to know we've had an excellent experience with Leisure Time RV in Oklahoma City. From our initial contact via email with Tom Jones, Internet Sales Manager, to then meeting Ken Corley and others at the dealership, we have to say everyone went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and informed.

The price we negotiated on our Big Sky was the best of many places I called in the country even though I had intended to try to get one through another dealer in Tampa (who is having financial trouble now). Leisure Time RV in Oklahoma City however is opening a brand new facility in January and they assure me that they are still selling units and I concur.

When we picked up our unit, it was inside their shop so that we could avoid the cold. As we were leaving, Andy Sumner in parts, and to whom we had been introduced earlier, gave us a goody bag with various "new owner" stuffs.

After spending four days moving our stuff from our Montana 3400 to our new Montana Big Sky 340, we found some items that needed to be attended to. We already had an appointment for today to get the JT's off the Monty and put on the Big Sky, along with our Alcoa rims and G rated tires. Chad Eaton, Service Manager, kept typing up the service order as I read from a list we had prepared. He never showed the slightest hesitation or frustration and all was completed to my satisfaction, including explaining to me why the various things needed attention.

Their technicians seem to really know their stuff, especially David, the head technician. And, he didn't mind that I was out there "helping" him at times. I say this, only because I was able to give him some information gleaned from this forum which helped to narrow down the problems quickly although he probably would have done just as well with my "help".

As we were waiting in their lounge area for the work to be completed, Ron Walker, the owner came up to us to chat as did other salespeople. If anyone is looking for a new unit, I highly recommend Leisure Time RV in Oklahoma City and I don't make this recommendation lightly.

I went on the first camping trip with the trailer and it was great. I took my 3 grand kids with me to Ft Cobb for 3 days. The excitment to set-up and learn new terms i.e. gray water was great.. Just a short message to tell you how much Tina and I appreciate you all at Leisure Time. Purchasing an RV over the internet is actually a lot easier than in person. it eliminated the hagling over prices and the "pushy" salesmen. I visited with a few pushy salesmen from other dealers who are still calling even after a month in our new RV. The price I got from Leisure Time was very competitive but then when that RV was not available, Leisure Time made good by offering a 2008 directly from the manufacturer, which we bought.

The day we took delivery on our new fifth wheel, we arrived when they were first opening up, but we were met by a friendly staff ready to help us get hooked up and on the road. We met several people and enjoyed them all. We met a Shop Tech who walked through the entire camper showing us everything we needed to know about the proper operation of our camper. Even though this isn't our first camper, I found it very helpful because I found out I was doing a few things wrong in setting up our old one. We then visited their Parts Dept. and did a little shopping there. Then on to Finance where we signed a million papers (for the bank) and took ownership of our camper. After that the Shop tech came back and helped me hook up, where he also had to help me fix my 7-pin plug on my truck. All this took about 2 painless hours, which Tina and I enjoyed, then we were on the road heading for home!

Again we want to thank everyone at Leisure Time RV, from the great salesmen who responded quickly to the wants of my family, the finance man who got us financed at a better rate than my bank (where I have family working), the tech who helped us get on the road, to the lady who greeted us at the door and got us a cup of coffee. We appreciate you all and will definitely remember you all for all our camping needs.

It took two or three weeks for us to get away for the weekend, but we did so this past Friday and Saturday nights. Our new (to us) Flagstaff was every thing you represented and that we expected. We enjoyed our stay very much. We wanted to thank you and the whole Leisure Time crew for accommodating our time needs by rearranging their usual schedule.
