I had to bring my camper to Oklahoma from our home in TX because of all the other family we had coming in for the funeral. I want you to know that your service department is far and away the best I have ever seen. I had a problem with my toilet leaking and allowing sewer smell to escape into the trailer. Chad Eaton took the rig in immediately and had it fixed while I waited. The mechanic also discovered the floor seal leaking as well and fixed it at the same time. I want to personally thank Chad and the technican (sorry, I did not get his name) for fixing my rig so quickly. This is especially important since we full-time in our rig and can't have it laid up for lenghty periods of time. Please pass on my thanks and grateful appreciation to Chad and the technican for fixing my rig so quickly.

Thanks. I am sure that you guessed this, but the reason why I came back to leisuretime was because of you and your team and the fact we knew each other in the past. I have no doubt at all that the new tent panel will be installed better than what the factory did. That has been my experience in the past. Your guys make sure there are no defects and no screws that would cut the mattress or the canvas. This was my experience with the other camper. It is your operations team that makes the difference.
